水冷式冷水機組在正常運行過程中，免不了因為有污垢或其它雜質影響制冷效果。因此，為了能延長主機組使用壽命，使制冷效果達到更佳狀態，應定期做好維護及保養工作，確保冷水機組運行質量，提高生產效率。

    為方便廣大新老用戶詳細了解水冷式冷水機組的維護保養項目，工程師特意將此整理成一份操作說明書供分享。具體內容如下：

    一、定期檢查冷水機電壓、電流量是否穩定，壓縮機運轉聲音是否正常，冷水機正常工作時，電壓為380V，電流在11A-15A范圍內為正?，F象。

    二、定期檢查冷水機冷媒是否有泄漏現象：可參照主機正面面板高低壓表所顯示參數判定。根據氣溫（冬季、夏季）溫度變化，冷水機壓力顯示也有所不同，冷水機正常工作時，一般高壓顯示11-17kg，低壓顯示3-5kg范圍內均為正?，F象。

    三、檢查冷水機散熱水系統是否正常，冷卻水塔風扇及灑水軸是否運轉良好，冷水機內置水箱的補水是否正常。

    四、冷水機使用六個月時應做系統清洗，每年度清洗一次，主要清洗部分包括：冷卻水塔、散熱水管管道及冷凝器部分，以確保制冷效果更佳。

    五、冷水機長時間不使用時應及時關閉水泵、壓縮機及散熱水塔總電源等電路開關。

    水冷式冷水機組需要配套冷卻水塔及循環水泵連接方能達到制冷效果，為保證循環水的質量，可考慮在水源處安裝過濾器，以免雜質進入管道影響機組運行。此外，水冷式冷水機組的維護保養操作相對比較復雜，如果公司內部沒有專業人員，建議考慮請冷水機供應商安排專業的技術人員處理。

Five, cold water captain time is not used, should promptly shut down the water pump, compressor and heat sink water, total power supply circuit switch.
